Congratulations:
The Humphrey-Lindsay speech team traveled to Schuyler Tuesday. Schuyler hosted thirteen schools and had two levels of finals, Champs and Next In. The top six made Champs finals, and the next six were Next In. In the Next-In category, Lia finished 3rd in poetry. The OID of Gabe, Natalie, Sami, and Erin placed 4th. The OID of Colter, Abbey, Karsen, Lia, and Cejay placed 2nd. In the Champs division, Cejay and Lia placed 6th in Duet Acting. Cejay placed 5th and Keith finished 6th in humorous prose. Colter placed 6th in persuasive speaking. In serious, Jaedyn finished 6th. In POI, Lia placed 5th, Colter finished 4th, and Abbey was the POI runner up. Gabe placed 3rd in Entertainment, and Harley placed 6th. Overall, the Bulldogs finished in second place behind David City. Howells-Dodge placed third. Congratulations to you all.
